COO - Chief of HappinessAbout 5 years ago I left the cold darkness in the north (also known as Sweden). Up until that point, I worked with everything from running a clothing company to CEO-assistant for a construction company and at Stockholm University. Joining the iGaming industry I found what I´d been looking for. I started at Casumo as an Ambassador I then became an Affiliate manager. Affiliate management combined quite a few of my passions and turned out to be for me. After about 2.5 years I got persuaded to move over to Mr Green and within short I got entrusted the role as Head of Affiliation with the ability to build a new team. Thinking macro while having a foot in Affiliation unlocked even more for me and currently I'm the COO - Chief of happiness, at Cashmio where I´m doing exactly that. Spreading Happiness within the company, working with affiliation as well as building the business.

Kristino Vella
Fraud & Payments ManagerA love for sports was what initially brought me to consider a career in I-gaming. My first job in this industry was as a Customer Support Agent with Unibet back in 2010, after which I have moved on to Betclic to pursue a similar role. There, I have acquired an interest in customers’ verification processes, abuse and fraud, and I have gradually progressed within the RPF department, with my last role being that of a Senior Fraud and Payments Analyst. As my adventure in Betclic came to an end, I looked for a more ambitious project, with Hero Gaming giving me the opportunity to set up the Risk, Payments and Fraud department from scratch. Nowadays, I manage and mentor a team of analysts where we deal with internal security, AML, fraud, bonus + affiliate abuse and fake identities in European and Asian markets. Winning the I-gaming idol last year, was one of the most rewarding experiences I had, as it gave me the recognition I looked for, not only internally but on an industry-wide level.
