Do you work in a Data or Business Intelligence role within iGaming? Well then, iGaming Idol has a category for you! Here our Data/BI section judges explain why you should sign up.
Data and Business Intelligence roles are so important for the effective running of any iGaming company – and we know that. And that’s exactly why we, at iGaming Idol, created a specific category for those working in jobs such as web analytics, BI, Big Data, analysis, data warehousing, customer insights and other data driven roles.
Now applications are open for those keen to sign up – or for those eager to nominate a friend or colleague. It’s the ultimate way to gain recognition in this fantastic industry.
There will be three industry experts judging the Data/BI Idol of the Year category – Philippe Guillod, Head of Analytics and Data Science for Cherry, Cheryl Morriston, Head of Business Intelligence for Europe Entertainment, and Denise De Gaetano, a Data Scientist. We asked them for details on what they’ll be looking for from the category winner, and why you should sign up.
“iGaming Idol is so important because recognition for our achievements is sorely lacking in our industry,” says Cheryl. “I’m excited to see insightful and smart people getting noticed for their outstanding contributions!”
She believes a great data/BI candidate knows how to determine where user experience influences the bottom line. “Everyone from analysts to data engineers with a keen interest in providing important actionable insights should sign up to iGaming Idol,” she continues.
Philippe, meanwhile, is looking forward to seeing what candidates come up with, while Denise stresses the judges will be looking for unique, smart and innovative ideas. “Think outside the box. We do not want to experience another run of the mill product,” she adds.
